About the book

The story

Some houses keep secrets. Three Oaks has been keeping them for generations.

Savannah Day thought she knew every corner of her Grammy’s rambling coastal house. But this summer, something feels different. With her little sister Lily, their cousin Jax, and one enormous shaggy dog named Walter beside her, Savannah begins to notice that the familiar old house is holding something back.

One question leads to another, and soon the three cousins are following clues into an adventure none of them expected.
